RHINO FACTORY TOUR

First day at RHINO LAMINATING AUSTRALIA

Voici les 2 polishs que j'ai fait aujourd'hui.
This is the 2 polish as i did today!
Me voici donc de retour dans cette bonne vieille factory! Chez mon poto juan rhino de RHINOLAMINATING, à SYDNEY en Australie. Et c'est marrant ici rien à changé (à part peut être les chiottes qui sont encore plus dégueulasse qu'avant!). Les retrouvailles ont était assez marrantes, ont s'est raconté des blagues de ponceurs entre ponceurs, des anecdotes (40 bonzer 5 à polisher... ou Troy me racontant comment il avait défoncé une board lorsque la machine c'était coincé entres les ailerons fixes...)
Bref aujourd'hui était mon premier, et c'était cool! Quelle bonne factory!
Un nouveau glasser est présent, SICKRAT de GATO HEROI, vit maintenant ici, et donc bosse ici, il est cool et fait du bon boulot.
Et comme vous pouvez le voir la salle de glass est recouverte de sable, ce qui est très pratique pour glasser et nettoyer, et assez marrant car on se croirait vraiment à la plage!
J'ai commencé la journée en faisant deux polishs longboards, dont un STEVE O'DONNELL très bon shaper de longboard!

I'm back to this lovely factory of my buddy Juan Rhino of RHINO LAMINATING in Sydney, Australia. And that's funny, because here nothing has change! (whithout maybe the toilet are more dirty!)
So today was my first day, it was great!! A new glasser is here now it's SICKRAT from GATO HEROI SURFBOARDS a lovely guy, and he do a very good job!
So i start my day with two polish as i did, with a longboard handshaped by STEVE O'DONNELL, a very good shaper of longboards.

NO PAIN IN DREAM THE MOVIE:

Voila cela fait donc plusieurs mois que je travaille sur ce projet, un petit film tout court, que j’ai entièrement réalisé avec une vieille caméra BAUER et donc shooté sur du film SUPER8.

Bref, ce n’est pas une vidéo de surf ou de skate, c’est juste une vidéo de tout et de n’importe quoi, avec des gens que j’apprécie, un peu de skate un peu de surf et de la bonne musique.

Hi there,

ok, i’m stoked to announce to you my first video project.

I was working on, since à few months, i did that with a very old camera BAUER, so entirely shot on SUPER8 MM FILM.

So, it’s not a surf movie, or skate movie, it’s just a lifestyle movie with some people that i like, and some surf, some skate and of course some good music.

Some polish for UWL

I made a short stop in LA ROCHELLE before start my travel, for see my parents and my very good friends of UWL, so i made some polish job for help them, because they are still busy!

Working for LOST SURFBOARDS... +start travel

Voici les dernières planches que je viens de faire chez PUKAS, avant de quitter la France pour l'hiver, Je part demain pour travailler au chaud pendant 7 mois, et prendre quelques jours de vacances, et revenir au mois de Mai, rebosser pour les memes. Paul lui reste en France, Il va continuer à glasser pour PUKAS et BLEND, et retaper ses vieilles bagnoles américaines.
Mais il me rejoint au mois de Janvier et Fevrier, où nous allons bosser ensemble.

Voici donc le plan: à partir de demain petit surf trip au portugal, puis le 3 Octobre départ pour l'australie, où je vais bosser à Sydney chez WILDE SURFBOARDS/GNECH SURFBOARDS/ et pour une petite boite de glass qui glass les RUSTY (j'y avais déja bosser il y a deux ans).
Puis le 2 janvier départ pour La Californie à SAN CLEMENTE où nous allons bosser chez LOST SURFBOARDS avec Paul, Matt biolos nous à commandé 40 planches résines teintées polish, les planches en photos ci-dessus sont donc des échantillons pour son prochain catalogue.
Puis fin Mars pour moi départ au canada à vancouver (tofino) où je vais rejoindre mon ami LOUIS ROBERT d'addiction surfboards pour une semaine, puis départ pour un mois au nicaragua/costa rica en surf trip, et retour en france au mois de mai!
Le blog continuera d'etre alimenté par Paul pour les news de la france, et par moi meme pour les news d'australie.

Here are the latest boards as I have did for Pukas, before leaving France for the winter, I leave tomorrow for work under the sun for seven months, and take some vacation days and return in May, for work again with PUKAS and many others factorys. Paul stay in France,he will continue to Glass for PUKAS and BLEND, and prepare their old American cars.
But he joined me in January and February, where we will work together.

Here's the plan: starting tomorrow little surf trip to Portugal, then on October 3 left for Australia, where I work in Sydney in WILDE SURFBOARDS / GNECH SURFBOARDS / and a small factory of glass where they glass RUSTY (I already work for them there is two years ago).
Then on January 2 departure for California in San Clemente where we will work with LOST SURFBOARDS with Paul, Matt biolos us ordered 40 boards with pigment and polish, above pictures are samples for the next catalog.
Then late in March to start for me in vancouver canada (Tofino) where I will join my friend ROBERT LOUIS of addiction surfboards for a week, then departure for a month in Nicaragua / Costa Rica surf trip, and returned to France in the month of May!
The blog will continue to be added by Paul for news of France, and by myself for the news of Australia.
