En ce moment à l'atelier, aprés une grosse session de planches rétro, nous faisons un petit break, pour envoyer de la planche blanche mat! donc beaucoup de fish t&c, evidemment comme les planches blanches mat est ce qu'il y a de plus façile à faire, mon emploi du temps n'est pas le mème que lorsque nous faisons du rétro:
donc le matin: 9h à l'atelier et je ponçe 5 planches voir 6 (comme aujourd'hui) puis des 14h je renchaine sur du glassage 5planches voir 6 (hot coat plus pose d'ailerons).
voila en faisant entre 25 et 30 planches par semaines cela me permet ensuite de passer le temps que je veux sur les planches rétro afin d'avoir la meilleur qualité possible!

At this point in the workshop, after a big session of retro boards, we are a small break, to send the white mat board! So many fish t & c, of course, as white mat boards is what is most easy to do, my schedule is not the same that when we do a retro:
So in the morning: 9 am in the workshop and I sand 5 bords see 6 (like today), then I renchaine of 14h on the glassage 5 boards see 6 (hot coat poses more of fins).
Voila by between 25 and 30 boards per week then it allows me to spend the time that I want retro on the boards in order to have the best possible quality!
